What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, moving details (origin, destination, dates, home size) and anything you write in the notes. We use this only to prepare your quote and coordinate your move.
We also collect anonymous usage information — pages visited, buttons clicked, general location (country, region and city), device type, and how you arrived at the site (for example, a Google ad) — to understand what visitors find helpful.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads)
We advertise with Google and use the Google Ads tag to measure how our ads perform: whether a visit from an ad leads to a quote request or a phone-number click. This means information about your visit (such as the ad you clicked and pages viewed) is shared with Google for the purposes of measurement and ad optimization. In regions where consent is required (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec), advertising measurement stays off — or runs in a limited, cookieless form — until you accept in our cookie banner. Your choice is stored on your device with the date and version of the notice you saw.
Your choices and how to withdraw
You can change your cookie choice at any time: use the link in the footer (or the button above) to reopen the banner and accept or reject. Rejecting stops advertising measurement immediately.
Who we share your information with
Quote and contact requests are sent to our team at frank@tcontinental.ca and to our customer management system so we can respond to you. We do not sell your personal information.
